Return Policy

Due to the custom nature and permanent processes of personalization, all monogrammed items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please refer to our size guide, monogram guide, and ask any questions prior to ordering items to ensure satisfaction with your purchase. Non-Personalized Items

If you order a monogram item without a monogram (by putting N/A in the monogram box) you may return the item for store credit. All returns need to be brought to our attention within 7 days of the order being delivered by e-mailing Upon receipt of the e-mail further instructions will be issued, but be prepared to ship the item with 2 business days of the return being issued. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping can not be refunded.

Our pre made hats are not eligible for returns due to sanitary reasons.

Damaged Items

Should your items arrive damaged or incorrectly personalized, please contact within 7 days of the package's arrival. At our discretion we will replace or refund damaged items and assume shipping costs associated with said decision.

Please note we are unable to refund, exchange, or replace ordered items if you do not contact us within the first 7 days of your order arriving.


Due to fluctuating production times, we cannot guarantee any items can be canceled once the order is placed. If you need to cancel an item, please e-mail immediately.
